Oil spills

28.03.2011 | Oil spills happen when people make mistakes or are careless and cause an oil tanker to leak oil into the ocean. There are a few more ways an oil spill can occur. Equipment breaking down may cause an oil spill. If the equipment breaks down, the tanker may get stuck on shallow land. When they start to drive the tanker again, they can put a hole in the tanker causing it to leak oil.

To preserve the right to unemployment benefit the young person needs to apply for study in spring and in autumn. Young people without vocational education in the age of under 25, who has not left their applications at an appropriate professional institution lose the right to unemployment benefits.

The person who completed the basic school must apply for a place in at least 3 professional upper secondary institutions or in general upper secondary schools. The person who passed the final exam in general upper secondary school also should  apply for a place in at least 3 professional institutions or in professional courses otherwise he loses the right to unemployment benefits.
